Science Castle Tokyo・Kanto Tournament: “Excellence Award” and “Encouragement Award”

On Saturday, December 7th, the “Science Castle 2024 Tokyo・Kanto Tournament” (hosted by Libanes), which is a conference for junior high and high school students, one of the largest presentations in the Kanto region, was held at Nippon Kogakuin College (Nishi Kamata).

At the Tokyo・Kanto Tournament, oral presentations that passed the pre-screening were given, and 12 cases of lecture guidance, and poster presentation (80 cases) were held. In addition, there was a keynote speech before the oral presentation, and a special project was also held after the presentation.

In the biology department, each of the two 2nd year students made an oral presentation in the morning and a poster presentation in the afternoon (the oral presentation in the morning also presented a poster in the afternoon) and won the “Excellence Award” and “Encouragement Award” respectively. At the last closing ceremony, the annual commemorative photo shoot by all participants was exciting, and the venue was filled with the enthusiasm of the junior high and high school students.
