Wind Ensemble through to the National Final

The school wind ensemble won the top prize at the preliminary round of the brass band contest, and will be competing in the national final!!

The aims of the “Japan Wind Ensemble Contest” are:
1) To research “unique sounds.”
2) To research the integration of wind and percussion ensembles with related instrument ensembles, vocalists, electronic instruments, and string instruments.
3) To pursue and research historical styles, performance styles, and individual styles.
4) To research visual presentation and expression at the national competition.
