On Saturday, December 14th, after the last of the end of term tests, the English club got together to celebrate Christmas. The members decided to decorate gingerbread houses. While it would have been fun to make them all from scratch, due to time constraints, we put together kits instead.
We supplied the students with a variety of candy to help them decorate.
This was the first time for all the students to make their own gingerbread houses. While there were a few snags getting the icing to just the right consistency, the students all had a blast. Hopefully they were all able to safely bring their houses back home.
We look forward to more activities in the third semester.
