Iaido Club Daily Practice

Sunday July, 14th, was the last practice day before the retirement of the third grade. They will be officially retired after participating in the Saitama Prefecture Iaido Tournament.
(We will hold a demonstration at the cultural festival, so if you are interested, please come!)
We would like to show you want a typical practice day consists of.
Martial arts begins with courtesy and ends with gratitude. First of all, thank you to the gods, the teachers, and the friends who practice together.
After doing preparatory exercises such as swinging and footwork, we will hone our skills on our own. (What is Iaido?? More about that next time…..)
We were able to see a hearty swing after today`s practice. We will also upload future activities, so please come back again.
